Necessity of system approach to improvement of life quality of population on macro level

In developing the plan at the macro level, aimed at improving of public health and demographic situation and, consequently, improving the life quality, it is advisable to use a systematic approach, consisting in a comprehensive analysis of the situation, taking into account economic, social conditions of public living, considering the tasks not in isolation but in the unity of relations with the environment.
