The article is devoted to the issues of interaction and coordination of TNCs in the consumer sector. The factors of changes in the external environment of TNCs in the consumer sector in the context of a pandemic are studied. A study of changes in approaches to cooperation and partnerships between TNCs in the consumer sector and retailers was carried out. The characteristics of the modern strategic alliance between EY and P&G are considered. The factors contributing to the development of the success of alliances of TNCs in the consumer sector are investigated.
