Need for improvement of land policy of the state and cadastral engineers to strengthen the fight against squatting land plots

The author analyzes the currently existing in the Russian system of regulation of land relations and land valuation of property. Conclusions about what needs to be put into law rules that prevent the use of template approach to amnesty, to establish a system of high taxation on the illegal use and willfully built-up land. It is proposed to link the improvement of land policy and the preparation of cadastral engineers to intensify the fight against squatting of land and creating a system of fair taxation.
