The need to control the demographic structure of employees

The paper substantiates the need to manage the demographic processes exerting a fundamental impact on the reproduction of employees. Modern economic development led to the fact that the decrease in a number of unemployed people had reached its breaking point. Low fertility in developed countries results in a structural labor shortage. Against this background, labor migration processes are considerably escalated. The contradiction between the spontaneous demographic processes and the need to ensure the expanded reproduction of employees must be resolved through the establishment of a demographic management system as the basis for the reproduction of the aggregate employee. Increasing the birth rate in the developed countries and improving the living conditions of the population in backward countries at large are the priority. Only aggregate capitalist in a state is able to identify and solve such strategic challenges.
