Necessary measures for lifting the Russian economy out of the crisis in current conditions

Due to ineffective government management, the national economy stopped growing and entered a state of stagflation. Analysts' estimates indicate that the country has everything necessary for sustainable economic growth. The article examines the main reasons causing the depressive state of the economy and the growth of inflation. The author proposes a number of measures to change monetary policy, taking into account international experience, to bring the Russian economy out of the crisis onto a trajectory of advanced development.
