The Neolithic dwellings of the Southern Urals

The Neolithic dwellings the last years have been investigated in the Southern Urals are presented in the article. The new materials are analysed; the typology of dwellings is created. The reconstruction of dwellings is proposed. The Southern Urals dwellings are considered in conformity with cultural-chronological similar ones in the neighbour territories (forest Trans-urals, Western Siberia). Having analysed the archaeological sources, the author comes to a conclusion, that the traditions of building were the same in this wide area in Neolithic period and points to local features for different regions.
