The new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) is a respiratory viral disease that has spread rapidly around the world, causing an international pandemic. The reason for the rapid spread and high mortality was the unpreparedness of mankind for a new pathogen, the lack of etiotropic therapy or a vaccine. This article discusses the features of the care of patients with severe COVID-19, faced by paramedic and nursing emergency services.
