Early and long-term results of reconstructive surgery for congenital aortic valve diseases in pediatric population

The article presents an analysis of 163 patients with congenital aortic valve disease. The immediate and long-term postoperative results, in particular, intracardiac hemodynamics, systolic function of the left ventricle, freedom from recurrent moderate and greater aortic regurgitation, stenosis and reoperation with their risk factors, were evaluated.
