NGO is an institution created by modern states and the world community as a whole, for the improvement of social relations and the smoothing of contradictions. The sharp increase in the number of NGOs makes it possible to talk about their increased role in the system of international relations and political life of states. Being a part of civil society, non-governmental organizations, perform important public functions, form the space of public policy, thus, having a significant impact on world development, constantly expanding the scope of their activities. NGOs, due to their flexibility, dynamism, proximity to reality, have the ability to respond quickly to a rapidly changing political and socio-economic agenda. They, acting as a link between the state and society, inform the authorities about changes, suggest new, more advanced approaches, ways out of crisis situations.
