Unlawful post-criminal behavior of the suspended-sentenced: some issues of legal regulation and qualification

The article describes the controversial issues of unlawful post-criminal probation, in particular, it considers the problem of probation disaffirmation. As a result of the studies, the author proposes to make some amendments to Art. 74 of the RF Criminal Code and Art. 190 of the RF Penal Code.
