This article deals with the problems of inherence of continuing professional education in the modern company activity. Analyzed the characteristics of continuing education in the treatment of continuing professional education, it differs from lifelong learning and continuing education for adults. Identified the basic difference from the additional professional education. The author analyzed the necessity offormation of the system of continuing professional education on the base of an organization. As arguments are the reasons for the inability of graduates to work as well as, the impact of unskilled labor on the business. In addition, systematized forms and types of corporate training and isolated forms of public-private partnership between the state and the market, and provides real-world examples of such collaborations. On the basis of the research the author comes to the conclusion that despite the fact that the development of continuous professional education system, though effective measure, but a point. While the need for the creation and development of the state system of continuous vocational training.
