The inviolability of property as the principle of the civil law

The article investigates the nature of the inviolability of property as one of the principles of the Russian Civil Law. The features of fixing of the inviolability of property in the Constitution and civil laws are analyzed. The content of this principle is revealed on the basis of the practice of application of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms with regard to the restrictions of property.
