In article the psychological aspect of developing of nervous anorexia which cornerstone the distorted perception of the body is considered. During the empirical research rather high level of presence of symptoms of nervous anorexia at the girls who are interested in a weight loss subject is revealed. The author has shown importance of conducting scheduled maintenance on an explanation of expediency of healthy food and a way of life in the corresponding groups on interests.
