Unauthorized departure on the takeoff and landing system and its prevention system

The article is dedicated to a runway incursion which occurs every time a plane, vehicle, person, or object on the ground creates the danger of a collision with an airplane that takes off or lands at the airport under the supervision of a control unit. This article outlines actions that address the security of aerodrome works and prevention of runway incursion using safety management system implemented in accordance with ICAO provisions - the Advanced Surface Movement Guidance & Control System (A-SMGCS).
