Insolvency (bankruptcy): problems of activities of self-governing

The article presents a history of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of arbitration administration, considered the essence of self-regulatory organization (SRO) arbitration managers and purpose of their creation. The authors analyzed the activities of SRO in the Republic of Bashkortostan, which identified the main problems of self-regulation in the field of insolvency (bankruptcy) of economic entities.
