Crime is getting younger and acquiring a stable relapse and repeat character. The criminalization of adolescents and young people deprives society of the prospects for social well-being and stability. The main reason that minors commit crimes is their inability to analyze the seriousness of actions and the fact that they often associate their actions with an exciting game. In this regard, it is important to talk about the prevention of juvenile delinquency, as well as achieving the main goal of punishment - the correction of a convicted minor and the prevention of the commission of new crimes.
