Beginning officer: criminological and criminal-legal analysis

In the article the author gives a criminological characteristic of modern juvenile offenders. The author formulates the main negative trends in the youth environment, which are prerequisites for crime. The author also examines the content of the criminal law on the responsibility of minors for committing crimes, the peculiarities of the legal status of persons aged 14 to 18 years old when brought to criminal liability.
