For an assessment of nonspecific cellular immunity used peripheral blood of 109 women at cervical cancer of Ia, Ib-IIa, IIb-IV of stages. At research in the neutrophilic leucocytes of phagocytic activity allocated from peripheral blood, level myeloperoxidase and cationic protein, and also at definition of a share of active neu- trophils in spontaneous option of NST-test at patients in comparison with donors increase of absolute quan- tity of neutrophils at simultaneous decrease in them studied indicators at an initial stage of cervical cancer is revealed. At process distribution the quantity of neutrophils and their bactericidal activity increases, at the reduced phagocytic activity. At a locally advanced of cervical cancer rigidity of a membrane of neutro- phils increases.
