Nonspecific causality rendering in French syntax (in quotations and proverbs with conjunctions of time)

Бесплатный доступ

In the article the idea of the basic contradictions between the form (of a temporal clause) and the content (of causality or of mixed sense of time and causality) rendered by a complex sentence in scientific, and other kinds of discourse is given. The French complex sentences having such kind of divergence with so-called contaminated semantic make the object of the author's research. The approaches to the studies of the language data concerned are both logical and lingual. Taking into account the logics of cognizing the reality as well as that of rendering its phenomena by the means of the natural language structures allows explaining complicated situations arising in the intersection of traditional French grammar classes of temporal and causal clauses.
