Unstable stenocardia: issues of pathogenesis and principles of pharmacotherapy

The indices of peripheral atherosclerosis (ankle-brachial index) and functional state of the kidneys (creatinine clearance) in patients without coronary artery disease and patients with various manifestations of myocardial ischemia were studied as independent markers and predictors of the development of ischemic heart disease and cardiovascular complications. Monitoring of the studied parameters is proposed to improve the prognosis of healthy individuals and patients with coronary artery disease.
