Atypical elements in the labor relations

On the bases of analyses and generalization of judicial practice we consider the lawfulness of cession by worker his right to salary, the lawfulness of transfer by employer of a debt on salary payment on the third person, the dynamic of employer’s obligation to pay salary, namely, the possibility of its termination not appropriate execution, but provision of a compensation or set-off. The article provides the specific recommendations to improve the active legal regulation of labor relations in connection with considered issues.
