Disappointing picture with the negligent perspective

The article deals with the practice of the professionals engaged in inspection and calculation of the cost of repair (damage) of vehicles after accidents, as well as the activities of insurance companies. Analyzes the law governing these issues, in particular the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation № 361. Are proposals that would help to address the problems identified.
