An independent anti-corruption expertise: whether justified expectations?

Objective: The study of the subject, the importance and role of an independent anti-corruption expertise of legal acts and their projects in the fight against corruption in order to identify its effectiveness. Methodology: use formal legal and synergetic methods. Results: The article deals with the concept, significance and role of an independent anti-corruption expertise of legal acts and their projects in the fight against corruption. Based on personal experience of independent anti-corruption expert author reveals the problems associated with deficiencies in the legal regulation of the order of the anti-corruption expertise, the legal status of an independent expert and procedures for dispute resolution independent experts and law-making bodies. The author makes suggestions for improving anti-corruption legislation, allowing it to fill with gaps and weaknesses. Novelty/originality/value: Article has high scientific value and practical importance because it provides an analysis of anti-corruption legislation, the conclusion about the need to continue to improve it in order to fight corruption, given appropriate suggestions.
