The article examines NFTs as unique digital assets that combine the spheres of finance, business, and art. It presents the characteristics of the global NFT market and the features of NFTs as a tool for international settlements and digital art. Examples of NFT applications in various countries are disclosed. The authors consider issues of legal regulation of NFT in international settlements and as a tool for digital art.
