In this study, we analyzed the impact of low-intensity laser irradiation of blood on the treatment efficacy in patients with contusion foci and intracranial hematomas of small volume. We analyzed treatment details in 45 patients with contusion foci and intracranial hematomas with a volume of 12 to 50 cm3. We found that participants in the experimental group demonstrated more rapid (1-1.5 weeks on average) regression of intracranial hypertension, meningeal symptoms, and normalization of neurological status than those in the control group. Positive dynamics of clinical and neurological parameters was confirmed by neuroimaging methods. Thus, laser irradiation of blood in patients with contusion foci and intracranial hematomas of small volume ensures better clinical results than standard treatment methods.
