The article discusses factors of the expediency of learning the basics of Neimanha masters of building specialties; the content of the discipline with the development of professional competencies. It proves the necessity of studying Dan Noi disciplines to develop creative linguistic abilities in the field of naming - one of the steps of success construction business. The objectives of the course “Fundamentals of Naming in Construction Business" are described. The number of phases in the process of naming different objects is given. This article describes the studies in the field of onomasiology. Naming is one of the key-terms in different kinds of professional activity. Naming is studied as a kind of the discourse, which reflects the work of construction workers and architects. Naming makes building projects more attractive for investors and customers. The results and examples of this work can be used in different disciplines, such as: Lexicology, Discourse, Linguo-semiotics, Marketing; as a practical guide in the naming process.
