NСO-climate in the Republic of Bashkortostan: potential of development

The article presents the results of the analysis of the problem of interaction between non-commercial organizations (NCO) and local self-government bodies. The study reveals the lack of comprehensive and systematic approach to the issues of supporting socially oriented NСOs in most municipalities of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The obtained evaluation of the NCO-climate allows determining the possibilities of using the potential of the non-commercial sector in the socio-economic development of municipalities and the region as a whole.
