The nomadic topology of postmodernity

The article deals with a new model of space, which was offered by G. Deleuze and F. Guattari for describing a habitat of a nomadic subject - rhizome. The author describes the main features of the rhizome allowing distinguishing it from the vertical linear space of settled people. The principles of interaction between vertical and horizontal spaces are also considered. The author identifies places representing horizontal rhizome space developed by postmodern nomads in the social space of a City.
