The paper examines such phenomenon of postmodern culture as nomadism, i.e. global wandering. A person’s lifestyle in the postmodern era is associated with permanent movements and changes in the physical, social, and spiritual space. The study investigates the causes and effects of it. The authors focus on the identification of the key axiological aspects of nomadism: immunological (desire for security), emancipatory (release from total power), and immortality-based ones (fight against death). Based on the poststructural methods, the research substantiates the emergence of these aspects in postmodern culture. The study analyzes the transformations of the postmodern social and cultural environment and the chrono-sensory of the subject having affected nomadism.
