The noospheric-philosophical revolution as the highest foundation for the transition of mankind to scientific management of socio-natural evolution

The article reveals the main theses of the report presented on May 18, 2024 at the scientific conference "Space Philosophy: Past - Present - Future" (St. Petersburg), held as one of the events of the International Forum of the Russian Space Society (RKO) "Space Philosophy - Space Law - Space Activity: the trinity of the cosmic breakthrough of mankind", dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of P.G.Kuznetsov (Moscow, May 18-24, 2024). The article shows that the noospheric-philosophical revolution appears as the advanced "echelon" of the beginning of the Epoch of the Great Evolutionary Turning Point, which is a Noospheric revolution in Socio-Biospheric evolution.
