Noosphere laws: philosophical representation of the global legal consciousness

The article analyzes the evolution of legal consciousness in close connection with the extension of ideas about environment, in particular, the 'human - society -nature' system. It is shown that the transitivity of the chain of concepts of 'environmental law', 'ecological law', "law of sustainable development', 'global law' leads to the formation of ideas about the 'noosphere law'. The author gives a definition of the noosphere law and its representation in the context of the declarative approach.
