Normative-methodical support of photonics technologies for mechanical engineering and prospects of development of the Russia etalon base

On the basis of “The strategy for ensuring the unity of measurements in the Russian Federation until 2025” the main points concerning the prospects of development of the etalon and normative-methodical base of Russia in the field of ensuring the unity of measurements depending on the scenarios of economic development of the country are considered. Priority ways of development of etalon base of Russia, including in the field of improvement of the etalons used in mechanical engineering are presented. It is shown that the development of the etalon base is aimed at the implementation of priority areas and critical technologies for the development of science and technology in Russia. On the example of the development of national standards in the field of optics and Photonics the solution of the tasks of ensuring the unity of measurements necessary for the innovative development of the national economy is considered. The activity of specialized technical committees on standardization for the development of normative documentation in the field of laser-optical technologies is analyzed. A critical review of the draft national standards for laser materials processing technologies in mechanical engineering is presented.
