Regulatory and evaluation model of Russian nuclear industry competitiveness

The global energy market shows an annual increase in the consumption of various energy resources. One of them is electricity, which is constantly growing in consumption. One of the ways to solve this problem is nuclear power. Increasing the level of competitiveness of the country’s nuclear industry is one of the key factors for the Russian national economy. Determining the level of industry competitiveness is one of the key issues in the competitiveness methodology. Determining the level of competitiveness of the industry occupies a special place among the practical problems of the economy. The article defines the level of competitiveness of the Russian nuclear industry based on the regulatory assessment model. The paper substantiates the choice of indicators of the dynamic standard, gives their economic meaning. On the basis of the chosen methodology, matrices of ratios of indicators of the dynamic standard are constructed.
