Legal framework for accounting and reporting of the deposit protection system in the Kyrgyz Republic

This article analyzes the legal framework governing accounting and reporting of the deposit protection system in the Kyrgyz Republic. It examines key legislative acts, including the Law "On Protection of Bank Deposits," as well as other regulatory documents defining the operational mechanisms of the deposit insurance system. Special attention is given to the adaptation of international deposit insurance standards into national legislation.
