Regulatory support of the process of the reconstruction of the higher professional educational institutions of Stalingrad in 1943 – the beginning of the 1950s

The article deals with the analysis of the state regulatory acts and local acts directed to the reconstruction of the higher educational institutions after the Great Patriotic War. There is demonstrated the implementation of the state policy aimed at the normalization of the work of the system of higher education at the example of the universities of Stalingrad in 1943 – the beginning of the 1950s.
