Regulatory and legal regulation of interethnic tolerance: federal and regional experience

The article studies the history of working out the legal and regulatory fundamentals of state national policy aimed at the formation of interethnic tolerance in the post-Soviet Russia. The experience of the legal and regulatory issues of the interethnic tolerance is analyzed at the federal level. The practice of legislative formation of the legal fundamentals of national policy is considered in polyethnic region.
