Regulatory and legal aspects of forming the personnel reserve in the state civil service of the Russian Federation

This article examines the features of the regulatory legal regulation of the process and stages of formation of a personnel reserve for the system of the state civil service of the Russian Federation, which is an important element of administrative and public administration. Analyzed such procedures for the selection of candidates for the personnel reserve, such as competition and certification. The forms of training and personal and professional development of persons included in the reserve have been investigated. It has been established that today a unified systematic approach to work with human resources is being formed.
