Legal and organizational aspects of teachers’ training in the regional career training institution

The article describes the experience in organizing teachers’ training in the field of health pedagogy in Belgorod region. There are presented the regional regulatory documents, such as targeted programs directed to maintain the school children health and to promote healthy lifestyles. Career training is considered as an effective form of teachers’ professional development. The author designates goals and objectives of the organization of the regional career training institution activity for disseminating the models of healthy lifestyles, indicates the list of the career training institution members and their functions. The article also describes legal and organizational aspects of creating the regional career training and school models of healthy lifestyles promotion. In conclusion the author reports operating results of regional career training institution over the period 2011-2013: the number of trained teachers, scientific and methodological activities, methodological and informational support.
