Normative regulation of mentorship in the system of personality adaptation in the labor (official) activity

The article discusses the issues of the necessary regulatory underpinning of mentorship at the governmental level; the certain aspects of mentorship functioning in the ministers and departments of the Russian Federation; there are analyzed depart- mental normative acts of governmental authorities, regulating this area of personal work, the stages, the factors influencing the development of mentorship are distinguished in the article.
