Regulation on the procedure of announcement of the appointment and payment of remuneration for assistance in the investigation of crimes

Introduction: the article deals with some issues of material incentives of the internal affairs bodies of citizens' participation in prevention and detection of crimes, establishment of location of wanted persons. Materials and Methods: a set of general and particular research methods - system analysis, formal logical and comparative research is applied. Results: indicate the need for regulatory consolidation of the mechanism of payment of funds for the provision of information by citizens, which is essential in the disclosure of crimes. The authors analyze legal regulation of this direction within the framework of a special departmental normative legal act.
