Regulatory and legal framework for the activities of the public library for the development of a system of additional services and their provision

The article examines and analyzes the regulatory framework of the public library's activities for the development of a system of additional services and their provision. The imperfection of the regulatory framework regulating this activity of the library is revealed, the need for its revision and modification is determined. Recommendations are given on improving the regulatory framework governing the activities of the public library for the development and provision of additional services.
