The new phenomenological nature of the labour motivation in the conditions of modernization of economy in Russia and Belarus

The article reveals the nature of the labour motivation in the conditions of economy modernization in Russia and Belarus. The features of post-market and super-industrial society, developing rapidly in Russia and Belarus today, are analyzed. The authors discuss significant changes of the socio-economic nature of labour motivation comparing with not only classical market economy and soviet economy, but also traditional community-focused market-based economies.
