Doctors are the health of the nation, lawyers are the legal consciousness of the nation, public order and peace, teachers are the future of the nation. Medical activity is comprehensive due to the fact that only doctors are allowed to control the vital functions of the human body directly. Moreover, the doctor takes responsibility not only for the health of each individual patient but also for the health of all state representatives in general. And thus, responsibility of every single doctor contributes to a common professional responsibility. Therefore, in Universities of medical profile students are always taught such specialties as the basics of healthcare or healthcare organization.
