Russia's new economic agenda under global constraints

The author considers the conditions for the development of the Russian economy during the geopolitical confrontation, tough sanctions policy and restrictions. To date, the resources of the state are limited, there is a dependence on foreign high-tech products. The article is devoted to the current directions of Russian industrial policy aimed at ensuring the growth of the entire economy, the sustainability of individual regions and the emergence of new technologies. Potential sectors of the economy have been identified, the development of which should contribute to import substitution.
