New cadastral and registration policy in Russia: problems and prospects

The author of article analyzes practice of the state cadastral accounting of created real estate objects, including linear, territorial zones and zones with special conditions of use of territories. The special attention in article is found for the problems connected with absence of standard and legal regulation of single questions in the sphere of the cadastral relations and inadequate quality of information in the state cadastral system. At the same time, the author noted positive results and tendencies regarding association of cadastral and registration information systems.
