New cosmogony about part of gravitation waves at cosmophysical processes

More by 20 years elapsed after the first publications about New Cosmogonical theory from Russian investigators in head with geologist Khod’kov A.E. (1909-2003). This is new method of research of mutually tied and mutually stipulated processes of nucleus synthesis of atoms and simultaneous planetary formation. At this time the scientific cosmogony received significant progress beyond from publications about new idea in understanding of atom nature tied with ether by deforming condition of matter. Celestial ether as participator of atom delivery remains in domain of doubly inward atomic pulsatory interactions during existence of atom. The problem of existence of ethereal flows appears fundamental as for luminous electromagnetic waves so for gravitation electromagnetic waves on essence of all cosmophysical processes of attraction, rotation, inertia.
