Thу proceeding discusses crucial education issues and ways to overcome them using the Virtual Com-puter Lab (VCL) which is actual contemporary educational platform based on the principles of entropy and self-organization to make the practical training of IT professionals for Digital Transformation more produc-tive. That allows us to talk about new characteristics of activities, such as features, principles, conditions, norms of activity, as well as logical structure, with an emphasis on resources, insights, methods, results of activity, ways of solving problems. The introduction of the VCL in leading universities and corporate univer-sities will improve the quality of practical training of IT specialists for digital transformation in the Russian Federation.
