A new model for the functioning of production and financial processes with the introduction of an automated controlling system in the public and corporate sectors of the economy

The development of the economy of any state is inextricably linked with the achievement of sustainable development, the implementation of national goals and programs. In this regard, one of the areas for improving the execution of business processes in the public and commercial sectors of the economy is the digital transformation of all areas of activity of economic entities. Thus, one of the new conceptual approaches to the transformation of business processes is the formation of a SMART controlling system, which is reasonably formed in connection with the increasing role of informatization of management procedures, automation of production and financial processes. In this regard, this study identifies the need to automate production and financial processes in economic entities of the state and corporate sectors of the economy, problems and technologies of process automation, the introduction of SMART controlling using business process automation tools is justified, key process automation is identified using the example of the state commercial organization Gazprom Diagnostics JSC.
