New organization surgical treatment form among patients with complicated form of varicose disease of lower limbs in the condition of angeological day hospital of the policlinics

The treatment of patients with complicated form of varicose disease of lower limbs are considered in this article. The advantages of surgical treatment of patients in the condition of the of angesurgical day hospital of the policlinics with the further treatment in the angeological unit of the policlinics, including the combined treatment (application on the parts of the lower limbs affected by the trophic ulcer, putting atraumatic bandages Hartmann and laser therapy) are shown in the article. The cuticularization of the trophic ulser was observed on the 15-27th day of treatment.
