A new paradigm of management in complex organisational systems (introduction into information management)

The changes in all the aspects of human activities under the pressure of informational digital technologies demand a new approach towards managing organisational systems. The human factor with its limited possibilities becomes a weak link when one has to make rational management decisions. The new paradigm of management is based on informational technologies and means as a principal element of a company’s management system. The subject matter of this article has been used in teaching a number of subjects to the full-time and part-time students studying at the Department of Management, Institute of Economics, Management and Law, RSUH.
